Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to UK Mainland only.

How much is shipping?

All orders include free standard delivery.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days (UK Mainland). Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please check your dispatch email for tracking details.

I can’t find my dispatch/tracking email — what should I do?

Please check your Spam/Junk folder and search your inbox for “BoroPantry” or “dispatch”. If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll resend the details.


Orders & Payments

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All product prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to help.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We provide a free return label for eligible returns. Please contact us first so we can issue the correct return instructions and label.

Can I return opened food or opened hygiene items?

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened food or opened hygiene items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

My order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete — what should I do?

Please email boropantry@gmail.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

- The outer packaging (including shipping label)
- The item(s) received
- Any visible damage or issue

We’ll review the details and arrange the best solution (replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution).

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

How do I start a return?

Email boropantry@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return (plus photos if relevant). We’ll reply with the next steps.


Product Information & Allergens

Where can I find ingredients, allergens, and storage instructions?

Where available, product pages may include ingredients, allergen information, pack size/weight, and storage instructions.

Should I rely on the website information only?

Manufacturers may change ingredients or recipes without notice. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, always read the product label/packaging when it arrives.

I have a severe allergy — can you help?

Yes. Please email us before ordering and tell us which product you’re considering. We’ll help you check the available information, however we always recommend verifying the label on arrival.
