We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened food or opened hygiene items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We provide a free return label for eligible returns. Please contact us first before sending anything back so we can issue the correct return instructions and label.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at boropantry@gmail.com and include clear photos of:
- The outer packaging (including shipping label)
- The affected item(s)
- Any damage or issue
We’ll review the details and arrange the best solution (replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution).
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return (and photos if relevant)
We will reply with the next steps and, if eligible, your free return label.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and we’ll help you return the original item if eligible.
