This program supports biodiversity and the livelihoods of small-holder farmers, with 50 percent of the growers being women and 70 percent under the age of 35. We source high quality, fermented cacao beans from regenerative family farms rather than monoculture plantations. They are lightly roasted in micro batches, and shelled and cracked into small nibs. This careful approach preserves aroma and delivers a rich, nutty flavor with satisfying crunch and a delicate sheen of cocoa butter on the surface.
